This half-term, we have been learning to recognise, count and subitise numbers 1, 2 and 3. The children made a display of the different ways we could represent these numbers.
We then looked at numbers 4 and 5. We practised counting, representing and subitising numbers 4 and 5. We also looked at finding one more and one less.
We have also been learning about circles and triangles. We know that circles have one curved side and triangles have three straight lines and three corners. We made our own pictures with circles and triangles and have been spotting them around in the environment.
