We had a visit from the fantastic Severn Trent interactive bus! The children in year 4 and year 5 became scientists, testing water samples for pollution and trying to work out the source of the problem using pH scale, smell and the presence of different invertebrates. There was also a very cool VR headset experience, ‘flush it or bin it’ game and giant snakes and ladders with a watery theme! The children were really engaged and made some excellent discoveries by thinking like a scientist.
