Children's Mental Health Week

This week, we proudly took part in Childrens Mental Health Week, joining schools across the country in raising awareness of the importance of emotional wellbeing.
The theme this year encouraged pupils to explore how they can look after their minds, express their feelings, and support one another.
Throughout the week, classes took part in a variety of activities designed to help children recognise their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies.
Starlings class finished the week off with some reading in the yurt in Forest School 😊🌿They talked about the part being outdoors can play in our mental health and how nature and fresh air can help us to feel calm and grounded.
