It was a pleasure to have the whole school together for the first time in over a year this Easter.
Year 6 lead our Collective Worship with readings and posed questions to the rest of the school to deepen their understanding of the significance of Easter in the Christian calendar.
The Robins welcomed everyone to the worship by waving the palm leaves that they had made specially and singing to us as we went out to the field for our act of worship.
The worship ended with us planting a blossom tree as a symbol of rebirth and hope for the future. The tree will flower each March and will remind us of emerging from a very challenging year and enjoying the opportunity for a fresh start that this gives us as a school.
